Bildmind Terms of Use

1. Provider

Bildmind is developed and operated by Dmytro Movchan, founder of Bildmind, Germany. Contact for users, partners and data requests: info@bildmind.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to bildmind.com, the related app, early access, learning features, pilots, demos, contact requests and general information about automation services.

Specific paid projects, organizational pilots or individual automations may require a separate offer, contract, statement of work or data processing agreement.

3. What Bildmind is

Bildmind is a support system for learning, language integration and educational process automation. It may support vocabulary, tests, repetition, progress tracking, group assignments, teacher/mentor workflows and controlled artificial intelligence tools.

Bildmind does not replace teachers, schools, mentors, parents or human professional responsibility for learning decisions.

4. User account

Some functions may require an account. Users are responsible for keeping their data accurate, protecting their password and preventing third-party access to their account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact info@bildmind.com.

5. Educational use

Users, teachers, mentors and organizations must use Bildmind only for lawful and agreed educational or organizational purposes. Do not submit data that is not needed for learning, such as passwords, payment data, medical information, political or religious beliefs, identity documents or private documents of other people.

6. Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence features, if enabled, are auxiliary tools for learning examples, explanations, translations, hints or automation of repetitive actions. Artificial intelligence output may be wrong or incomplete.

Users and organizations must verify important information before relying on it. Artificial intelligence must not be used for medical, psychological, legal or other high-risk decisions.

7. Minors and educational groups

Minors should use Bildmind only in a controlled educational or family-supported context. If the user is under 16, permission or authorization from a parent, legal guardian, school, teacher or educational organization may be required.

Pilots with schools, courses or organizations should have clear rules on access, responsibility, informing learners and, where required, parents or legal guardians.

8. Automation services

Information about automation services on the website is a general description of possible cooperation formats. Scope, price, timeline, support, code rights, access, confidentiality and data processing are agreed separately for each project.

9. Prohibited use

Bildmind must not be used for illegal activity, privacy violations, spam, malware, unauthorized access, bypassing technical restrictions, collecting data about other people without permission or submitting sensitive data that is not required for the learning purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Bildmind name, website structure, texts, design, product logic and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, users receive only the right to use the service within its intended function.

11. Availability and changes

Bildmind may be in an early development stage. Features may change, be tested, limited or disabled. We aim to maintain stable operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all functions.

12. Liability

Bildmind is provided as an educational and technical support tool. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit or decisions made solely on the basis of automated or artificial intelligence output is limited. Mandatory liability under applicable law is not limited.

13. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Pilots, schools or individual client projects may require additional agreements on access, roles, data and responsibility.

14. Law and jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, German law applies to the use of Bildmind. Mandatory consumer or user rights in the user's country of residence remain unaffected.

15. Changes to these terms

Bildmind may update these terms if features, legal requirements or the service format change. The current version is published on this page.
