Pilot program

Pilots for teachers, mentors, integration courses and educational teams.

Bildmind can be tested with small, controlled groups to validate real learning scenarios before a larger rollout.

Who it is for

Language teachers, mentors, integration initiatives, schools, small learning programs and teams working with learning progress.

What we test

Vocabulary, repetition, tests, progress, AI explanations, learning structure and future mentor workflows.

Format

A small group, clear goal, short test period, feedback and a decision about the next step.

Process

What a pilot can look like

  1. Discovery: short conversation about group, level, goals and constraints.
  2. Setup: testing scenario, roles and basic materials.
  3. Testing: learners and mentors use Bildmind in the real process.
  4. Review: collect feedback, analyze usefulness and plan the next step.

Data and privacy in pilots

Pilots with real learners are run only with clear rules on access, roles and responsibility. If minors are involved, use must happen in a controlled educational or family-supported context with appropriate permission from a parent, legal guardian, school, teacher or educational organization.

Pilots should not collect medical, political, religious, biometric, financial data, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information that is not required for language learning.
